10 Year Old Sofa With Stains

This sofa had been the basement sofa for a family of 4 for over 10 years before being handed down to this client. It had been well used with multiple stains. It has never had a professional cleaning.

Signature Double Clean For Furniture.

We used our Signature Double Clean for this sofa. Every furniture cleaning follows the same basic process:

  1. Prep the area. Lay drop cloths, prep equipment, and inspect the furniture.
  2. Pre-treat and stain removal. Pre-treat spots and perform stain removal.
  3. Extraction. Wet-clean with our eco-friendly cleaning solution and high-powered extraction equipment.
  4. Hand buff. Hand polish the entire surface of the furniture with multiple tea towels.
  5. Drying. Use a powerful fan to begin the drying process.

Additional Notes For This Case Study:

This sofa also got stain protection spray after the cleaning was completed. This style of micro-fiber responds very well to the double clean process, particularly the hand buff.

So I have a couch. A very comfortable couch. This couch has been handed down to me and although it’s a great couch it had definitely seen better days. I mean it was very lived in, full of all sorts of stains that I felt uncomfortable with (both of how it feels and how it may look to guests) so I resorted to always laying a blanket on top of it. This worked well except it would bunch up a lot and my couch has recliners in it so it caused issues there) and honestly I had resigned to the fact that this was just the way I would have to live... either that or spend hundreds of dollars on a new couch…but I mean in this economy?!?

I am so absolutely grateful that I found Jordan and his company because not only was he able to get this couch cleaned (I honestly never even THOUGHT about it) but it honestly looks better than I could have ever imagined it to be. Not only that but he let me know about his 30 day warranty (which is FANTASTIC for a messy girl and her kitty like me) as well as included a coat of stain resistant spray on top of the newly cleaned couch. I wanted to include a before and after picture because I wasn’t convinced that the one stain would be able to be removed (far left couch cushion) but it’s completely gone, looks like new and kitty approved!

Jordan was very professional, answered all the questions I had and even offered some advice for cleaning some other messes and spills that I have in the house (I told you messy girl lol) I work in customer service so it is always very noticeable when a business prides in customer satisfaction - and they definitely do! I would recommend him over and over and to anyone who is on the fence about whether or not it’s a service you need, trust me its a fair price for awesome results that helps save money in the long run by not needing to buy new. Thanks to our Signature Double Cleaning method, furniture usually dries in 6-10 hours. You will be able to use your furniture the same day it was cleaned. 

Are your cleaning products safe for my family and pets?

Yes, our cleaning is safe for your family and pets. We use eco-friendly products that are tough on dirt but gentle on your loved ones.

Will the stains come out?

We have a very high success rate with our stain removal process. By treating the stain with the correct cleaning products and methods, we can remove almost all stains.

However, we cannot remove or repair damage like: melted fibers, glue, or dyed fibers. 

Do you offer any guarantees?
